Nic Bello, the Italian owner of this very peculiar chihuahua, likes to practice yoga, both in the gym and at home. What does yoga consist of?

It is a discipline originating from India, which induces mental and physical relaxation. The goal is to find physical well-being and, at the same time, a union at the level of soul and spirit. It seems incredible that a dog can do this!

One day, while Nic was doing his daily yoga sessions, he realized that his dog and great friend Pancho, more affectionately Pancino, was starting to imitate his movements.

He thought it was a simple coincidence, but when he saw Pancino who continued to follow him, movement after movement, he realized that it was something more.

So he created a Youtube channel, called “Nic and Pancho”, where he started uploading videos of their yoga sessions.

Over time, Nic took advantage of Pancino’s interest in yoga to teach him how to practice it. We show you the results in this video, as a picture is worth a thousand words. See how he does three of the best known yoga poses: the dog, the sphinx and the simple one.

What feats! In general, the case of Pancino represents a further demonstration of the fact that a solid bond with your pet always pays off, of course if the relationship is based on love. Now you are wondering how to close the relationship with your dog: read on and you will find out.

Strengthen the bond with your dog like Nic with Pancino

There are several ways to make the bond with your pet more intense. Some are perhaps more accessible than others, but there are still very simple steps you can take to make your dog see you as a friend.

  • Take it out with pleasure, not as an obligation. Nobody questions the love you feel for your pet. However, it is common knowledge that the daily stress, commitments and problems that sometimes grip us can greatly reduce the time you have available. In any case, your dog needs it: you don’t have to just take him out for five minutes, just to do his own business. Our four-legged friends need to feel the air, to run, to see other people and other dogs. Ultimately, they need our time.
  • Think about activities to do together. Do something or visit places where your dog can accompany you. If he feels that you value him and that you take time to him, he will feel loved and in turn will love you even more.
  • Talk to him. You know, it sounds a bit crazy, but it’s not. He certainly won’t understand everything you tell him or give you advice, but you can see that if you pay attention to him, he will do the same towards you.
  • Play with him.
  • Caress it. Give him affection and non-stop caresses: he will surely let himself be loved!
  • Keep calm. Dogs are a little naughty but, if you get angry at the first opportunity, your friend will feel rejected.
  • Don’t yell at him. Always try to keep an affectionate tone, even if you are angry. If your state does not result from some action of his, he is not at fault. If not, you still need to control your emotions.

These are some basic tips that will make you feel closer to your best friend, while also making their bond intensify. One thing is certain: we cannot promise that he will start doing yoga with you …
